I was tasked with creating a completely new email template. Marketing’s needs were to have a template that was effective and also very reusable for direct marketing and announcements. In my design I created a lot of focus, for both the user and the marketing team. By focusing we are more effective. The grey background against the white creates focus, the big bold title creates focus, and the big image right in center creates focus. We also used a more casual copy and less words. We wanted them out of the email and onto the lander. The template is also responsive and looks great on mobile.
